The AI lets the caller know it wants to get them accurate information and offers to transfer them to your park manager. It never makes up answers — if it's not in the knowledge base, it escalates gracefully every time.
Most parks are live within 5–7 business days of completing their onboarding form. We handle all the technical setup — you just fill in your park information and approve a couple of test calls before we go live.
Every plan includes a block of free inbound minutes — Basic gets 100 minutes, Pro gets 200 minutes, and Multi-Park gets 500 minutes shared across all parks. After your included minutes are used, additional inbound call minutes are billed at $0.05 per minute (5 cents). Outbound calls are not supported or charged. All notifications, transcripts, and features are included in your flat monthly base fee — the only variable cost is overage call minutes.
